SHOT Show 2026 brought with it plenty of new rifles, ammo, and optics of course. Here are some of the new optics displayed this year in Vegas.

Nightforce NX6

The NX6 is an all new 6 power optic line. Lighter weight and easy to use thanks to an all new turret design dubbed FieldSet. FieldSet lets you zero the elevation dial and set ZeroStop without the need for a specific tool. ZeroStop can also be set with 2 MIL under-travel. Custom BDC turrets are can be acquired from Nightforce for specific second focal plane models as well and the elevation turret can be set up as exposed or capped. High level optical performance, Digillum illumination, with several different models and magnification ranges in MIL and MOA, the NX6 is suitable for hunters, tactical shooters, as well as competitors.

Leupold VX-5HD Gen 2

A serious hunting optic for serious hunters. Features Leopold’s SpeedSet Elevation dial which is tool-less, so no small screws or small tools to delay you or get lost. It’s a press, lift, and reset design that makes zeroing easy as well as fitting a custom BDC dial. More elevation travel thanks to a new maintube design. It doesn’t stop there. Even the magnification throw has been improved with a new integrated throw lever. Several reticle options with illumination as well. Apex Rival/RivalX 4-32x56mm

A high performance long range optic with a whopping 32 MIL of elevation adjustment. This new optic has 10 MIL (RivalX) and 15 MIL per turn elevation adjustment knobs giving you options. Prime ED APO glass with 99.7 light transmission ensures excellent picture in all lighting conditions. It also features a zero stop, fast focus eyepiece, and revolution indicator to help keep you on track. 34mm main tube and FFP plane. Tree-type CLR Reticle gives you plenty of options for wind and elevation holds.

Apex Vapor

A 1-4×22 variable zoom prism sight that features prime ED glass, with an etched second focal plane reticle, inside a rugged body of 6061 T6 Aluminum. It quickly switches from 1x through 4x and had six brightness positions. Adjustability isn’t an issue with 80 MOA elevations and windage travel. Parallax free with Fire reticle.

DNT Zulus 4K

The Zulus 4K is a tube-style digital day and night vision scope. Unlike our traditional optic, this is all digital while having many of the same properties as a traditional magnified optic. It has excellent image quality and Micro OLED display, and can be used for hunting and typical target shooting. The scope features a 1300 yard integrated laser rangefinder, with built in ballistic calculator. It shoots in 4K 30 fps with magnification range of 3-24x and in 1080p 60 FPS with magnification of 3-12x.

A new fixed power optic designed for High Power competition. It’s a new take on the service rifle scope with a modernized lens system in a 34mm tube. Excellent clarity and light transmission are combined with a wider field of view. Parallax is set to 200 yards. To aid with more precise aiming, a threaded lens reducer is available as well.

Leapers Integrix iX6 6-36×56 LR/ELR

First Focal Plane, 34mm maintube, 32.5 MIL of elevation travel, zero stop, and parallax down to 10 yards. This optic checks the required boxes for the longrange shooter. It provides a bright image with German Schott and Japanese OHARA glass and wide field of view. Two tree type reticles are available with a red and green illumination. Rated up toe 338 Lapua magnum.

Winchester Supreme Optics

This is an affordable line of optics with value and performance at the forefront. Each features HD premium glass, is fog proof and utilizes a second focal plane hunting reticle. Lenses are fully multi-coated as well. Maintubes are 6063 T6 aluminum and rated to withstand 800 G’s of recoil. Avaialble in 1-4×24, 2-7×32, 3.5-10×50, 4-12.44, 6-18x50mm.  

EOTech Vudu 4-12×36 FFP

This line of new optics features a super short design with maximized compactness and performance. Now avaialble in first focal plane, magnification level will no longer effect your holds. Made from aircraft grade aluminum, the 4-12 is lightweight yet strong. Two reticles avaialble: MRS and MDS, both illuminated and brightness adjusted with a rotary dial. It features an integrated base that supports ACOG mini mounts and an EOTech EFLX dot can be mounted to the unit for CQB work.

Bushnell R7

Bushnell expands their hunting line with the R7 line of riflescopes. Avaialble in both first and second focal plane these optics deliver field proven durability, reliable tracking, and high-level clarity thanks to Prim ED glass. The SFP modes feature a s fiber-illuminated reticle while glass etched illuminated reticle is available in the first focal plane version. SFP’s also have pop-up locking elevation turrets. There are six different scope options in the R7 lineup. $899.95

Trijicon Credo HX

A hunting scope design for fast target acquisition with Hunter Holds BDC reticle.  Durability tested to handle the punishment of shock and vibration, extreme temperature fluctuations and immerserion. Each model receives 5,000 rounds to make sure no reticle shift occurs.

Trijicon Accupoiont 1-8×24

Designed with big game hunting in mind. This optic is focused on the hunter that utilizes a big bore rifles. Flexibiliy and variability is on tap. The new Hunter Holds MOA reticle allows for a 50 or 100 yards zero for most dangerous game cartridges. It also gives hold points in 50 yard increments out to 250 yards, so that that shooter is ready for any situation. As with any Trijicon optic, the glass clarity is excellent and a tritium fiber-optic illuminated reticle is on board. Alaska-to-Africa tested, so temperature swings are no issue. And rugged reliability is ensured.

Athlon Ares ETR Gen2 UHD

A 1-10x variable power optic with Ultra HD glass, fully multi-coated lenses, Locking elevation turret, and High Precision Erector System. It’s first focal plane and also has a precision Zero-Stop. Perfect for shooting close range to mid range two reticle options are available.

Athlon Ares HLR

Available in a 2.5-15x42mm and 4-20x50mm second focal plane models, these new hunting optics feature HD glass, and fully multi-coated lenses. Athlon Neos HMR

Athlons most expansive optics family, these optics are designed for specific applications. Accurate holdovers for straight-wall shotgun, muzzleloader and rimfire rifles are possible thanks to BDC reticles. New for 2026 is two new interchangeable turret options for matching scope to preferred rimfire caliber included .17 HMR and 22 LR. Six models are available all second focal plane.

Hawke Vantage HD 34 FFP

The Vantage line of optics from Hawke is extensive. The Vantage HD 30 and 34 keeps precsion shooting at the forefront with 30 and 34mm tube sizes, first focal plane, and MIL and MOA Pro reticles which feature a grid style design.  They have 11 layer fully multi-coated lenses, illuminated glass reticle, exposed elevation dial with zero stop and locking windage. Parallax ranges from 10 yards on and it features a removable magnification throw lever.

Kahles K864

F-Class shooting is of the most demanding and focused disciplines. Great equipment is necessary rifle to optic. Kahles delivers with the new K864. With an 8-64 magnification range you’ll get clarity like few other brands can begin to offer. VISIONFLEX gives the K864 a 64% wider field of view allowing you to zoom in even more than other optics of the same power without compromising your view of your surroundings. Eyebox is forgiving and it utilizes a 36mm maintube. Second focal plane only with 1/8 MOA adjustments means fine, precise dialing.

Kahles Refined

The entire line of Kahles has been improved and dubbed “REFINED”. REFINED adds 10 MIL windage to the Kahles line of optics, increasing it’s effectiveness and usability, enhancing the user experience in dynamic environments. REFINED applies to the entire line up of Kahles optics to include K540i, K328i, K525i, and K318i.

March FX PRS Wide Angle 5-42×56 Gen II

Premium, next level Japanese optics built to perform at the highest levels. With a long list of features catering to the PRS/NRL shooter: 5-42×56, FFP, zero set, with writable turrets and lockable side focus turret. 40 Mill of elevation travel. It also has 26 degrees field of view giving 30% more viewing area compared to standard models. There is one reticle in this model, the FML-WBR, a clean reticle with excellent markings.

Meprolight MVO 6-36×56

The MVO 6-36×56 was introduced last year but it’s now starting to field out in the wild. It’s first focal plane, with locking turret, expandable throw lever with thier M3 MIL reticle. Schott glass ensures clarity with over 92% light transmittance.

Primary Arms PLx Compact 1.5-12×36 FFP

Built on PA’s 30mm PLx chassis This is a new and compact optic with new magnification range. Ligher and smaller with Japanese Premier ED glass the image is clear with edge to edge sharpness and excellent color fidelity. First focal plane reticle, forgiving eyebox and interchangeable elevation turret round out a massive amount of features on a compact reticle to be used by competitors and hunters alike.
